Remote Access Control & Repair


  • Remote Access Control

    This service is a more complicated service - we offer to remotely access (control) your computer with your consent. You would need to download the software from the link near the bottom of this page. After downloading the software you may book an appointment with us. We normally carry out the remote access while discussing the issue on the phone. You provide us with your security code from the software displayed on your computer and then we enter your security code at our end and then start the remote access control process - you then have to allow our remote access connection - so, you have full control and are able to see exactly what we do and can stop it or discuss it with us!
  • This service is charged at £10.00 for the first 15 minutes and then £8.00 per every 15 minutes up to the hour and then charged at £35.00 per hour.

    • Remote Access Repair

      This service can be carried out as if we were sitting with you in your home or office. At any point you can take control from us or simply watch what we are doing. You can even demonstrate to us what it is that you do and we can assess: your method, the issue, the symptom or whatever it is that you wish us to check. The only requirement is that you have a working Internet connection.

Main window of Aeroadmin is simple and user friendly.

Connect to remote computer:
1) Ask for the client ID (ID of a PC you want to connect to) by requesting the remote user to launch AeroAdmin on a remote computer and then requesting them to provide their ID.
2) Put the client ID in the corresponding field in the main window of the computer that is going to connect to the remote computer.

3) Choose connection mode and click "Connect" button (Picture 1).

Allow remote control:
In the left part there is unique hardware ID of your computer (Your ID).
1) Provide this number to us.
2) Accept any connection request in the new window (Picture 2), when we attempt to connect to you.

How to download (no installation required)

Go to the site above - download it from there - save it to the desktop environment. You can download the software and place the file where you like - but the desktop is the easiest place. It is free (at the time of writing this) and can be used to share a desktop or laptop computer running either Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 & 10 (not tested in 8 and above). This software is not located on our server.
